Mobile Friendly

Mobile Friendly Websites (also known as Responsive) should be the highest priority for any modern website;

According to recent statistics, as much as 75% of internet access is now via mobile devices.

Additionally, “Having a mobile-friendly business website could mean the difference between your site being ranked on page 1 or it being ranked on page 4 in Google search results. This is because Google takes into account if a site is mobile-friendly or not.

We only use website tools and templates with this in mind. This might mean that certain menus and areas of the screen are initially hidden on mobile devices, images should shrink to fit and pop out menus should be activated by clicking on a ‘burger’ (three stacked horizontal lines) or similar.

In fact, we tend to concentrate on the mobile version of a site as the priority, since it is simpler to expand a mobile site into a desktop one than to shrink a desktop site onto a mobile!

To this end, we endeavour to always achieve a score of 90 or higher in the Accessibility aspect of Google Page speed Performance.
